Frequently asked questions

Will pre-qualification affect my credit score?
No. Alphaeon Credit’s pre-qualification process uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry is only performed if you submit a full application.
What is deferred interest and how do I avoid it?
On 6- and 12-month 0% promotional plans, interest accrues from the purchase date but is waived if you pay your promotional balance in full and make all minimum monthly payments on time before the promotional period ends. If any balance remains at the end of the promotional period, interest is charged retroactively at a high APR. To avoid this, pay the full promotional balance before the promotional period ends.
How much can I be approved for?
Alphaeon Credit offers credit lines up to $25,000. Your specific approval amount is determined by Comenity Capital Bank’s underwriting based on your application.
