The short version

Card data goes to Helcim, not to us

When you pay on aethraform.com, HelcimPay.js renders the payment form inside an iframe served from Helcim's domain. Your card number, expiry, and CVV move directly from your browser to Helcim over a TLS 1.2+ connection. Helcim returns a tokenized reference to AETHRAFORM — that's all our servers ever see. Saved cards live inside the Helcim Card Vault encrypted with AES-256.

Who actually processes my payment?
Helcim, a Level 1 PCI-DSS service provider headquartered in Calgary. AETHRAFORM never sees your full card number — Helcim handles authorization, settlement, and storage.
Is there an extra fee for paying with a credit card?
No. Card fees are absorbed into our published prices. Helcim uses interchange-plus pricing with no monthly contracts; we pay Helcim, not you.
Where is my card information stored?
Inside Helcim’s Card Vault, encrypted with AES-256. AETHRAFORM only ever sees a Helcim-issued token. CVV, PIN, EMV, and magnetic-stripe data are never stored by Helcim.
Do you accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. Both are supported through HelcimPay.js wherever your device and browser allow them. They’re generally the fastest way to pay because the card never has to be typed.
What about HSA / FSA cards?
HSA and FSA cards run on the Visa, Mastercard, or Discover networks and process exactly like any other card. Eligibility for reimbursement depends on the procedure and your plan administrator — your patient coordinator can supply the receipt and CPT/CDT codes you’ll need.
