HSA / FSA

HSA and FSA cards work like any other card

HSA and FSA cards run on the Visa, Mastercard, or Discover networks and process identically through HelcimPay. Whether a particular procedure is eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursement is decided by your plan administrator. Your patient coordinator can supply the receipt and CPT/CDT codes you'll need to submit a reimbursement claim.

Frequently asked questions

Which card networks can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — credit, debit, and prepaid cards are all accepted through HelcimPay.
Can I split a payment across two cards?
For most checkouts the modal accepts a single payment method per transaction. If you need to split a treatment package across multiple cards or methods, your patient coordinator can run the splits manually using separate Helcim charges.
Can I save a card for future visits?
Yes. With your consent we ask Helcim to vault a token for the card. We use that token to charge follow-ups and treatment plans without re-typing card details. The underlying card number stays inside the Helcim Card Vault.
How does the ACH option work?
For larger packages we can collect payment by ACH bank transfer instead of card. You authorize a one-time pull from your checking account; Helcim handles the bank-to-bank settlement. ACH typically clears in 2–3 business days versus instant for cards.

  • Payments on aethraform.com are processed by Helcim, a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. AETHRAFORM never receives or stores full card numbers.
  • Card brands, network availability, Apple Pay / Google Pay support, and ACH transfer eligibility are determined by your card issuer, device, and Helcim’s availability — not by AETHRAFORM.
