Every paid step on aethraform.com — consultation deposits, treatment-package payments, in-clinic add-ons — flows through the same HelcimPay modal. The form lives on Helcim’s domain, so card data goes directly to Helcim and never to AETHRAFORM.
Identical for cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH — only the input field on step 3 changes based on the method you pick.
Select a paid consultation, deposit, or treatment package on aethraform.com or in your portal. The total, taxes (where applicable), and statement descriptor are shown before any payment is collected.
When you confirm, a Helcim-hosted iframe opens directly over the page. The form lives on Helcim’s servers — your browser sends the card details to Helcim, not to AETHRAFORM.
Pay with any major card network, or tap the Apple Pay or Google Pay button to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN. Card data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and tokenized on receipt.
Helcim contacts your card issuer for an authorization decision. If anything is declined or 3D Secure is required, the modal walks you through the next step without leaving the page.
Successful payments return to a confirmation screen with a receipt number you can save or email. The charge appears on your statement under our published descriptor; refunds and disputes use the same Helcim record.
The HelcimPay modal is fully responsive. On iOS the Apple Pay button appears automatically when supported; on Android the Google Pay button is offered the same way.
When you opt in, Helcim returns a token we can re-charge for follow-up appointments and treatment plans. Your full card number stays inside the Helcim Card Vault.
Every charge produces a Helcim transaction ID we can pull up for receipts, refunds, or chargeback evidence — there’s a single source of truth for the whole lifecycle.
Refunds
When a refund is approved per our cancellation policy, we issue it through the original Helcim transaction. Helcim returns the funds to the original card or bank account. Settlement times depend on your card issuer (typically 3–10 business days). For ACH refunds, expect 2–5 business days.
