Advanced Regenerator™
Scar & DNA Ascension
⏱Day 2–3 post-procedure (after Stabilis), or as a weekly IV for several weeks in very large reconstructive cases; reserved for the most fragile or high-stakes healing scenarios
Purpose & Timing
Advanced Regenerator™ is a specialized overlay infusion reserved for the most fragile or high-stakes healing scenarios — for example, an older patient with a history of poor wound healing, or a patient with extensive acne scars where maximizing new collagen is critical. Think of it as "STABILIS on steroids" — it takes the Stabilis formula and upgrades it with regenerative biologics (like PDRN and exosomes). The aim is to push the healing response beyond baseline — to actually improve tissue quality above what the patient started with (hence "ascension"). Dr. Emer uses wording like "elevate fragile terrain" and "ascend beyond baseline" for this IV.

Full Composition
Carries forward the complete STABILIS formula — NAD⁺, Vitamin C, Glutathione, Magnesium, Zinc, Taurine, ALA, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, MOTS-c, DSIP — as the regenerative foundation.
All individual STABILIS safety notes apply.
DNA fragment derived from salmon that hugely stimulates tissue regeneration and angiogenesis. PDRN activates A2A adenosine receptors, leading to tissue repair cascades. Used in wound healing and skin boosters in Asia. Directly aims for DNA repair and scar "ascension."
PDRN is well-tolerated (used in Europe for wound healing). Minimal adverse events.
Exosomes contain growth factors and RNA signals that can profoundly reduce inflammation and accelerate regenerative processes. Deliver micro-RNAs and growth factors that modulate the healing environment to truly rejuvenate tissue.
Investigational — informed consent required. There is a theoretical risk of immune reaction (though rare with acellular exosomes). Cost factor — this IV is usually an added cost upgrade.
Additional NAD⁺ to saturate cells beyond the STABILIS base level. Advanced Regenerator™ IV might include 500 mg NAD⁺ total to saturate cells.
Titrate infusion rate; slow drip to avoid flushing.
Additional mitochondrial peptide on top of STABILIS base, ensuring maximum ATP resilience for the demanding tissue reconstruction in energy-fragile patients.
Investigational; well-tolerated in early studies.
Emer Method Role
Advanced Regenerator exemplifies Emer's Pillar (5) Ascend — it doesn't just heal, it aims to improve the baseline tissue code: "maximize matrix quality" and achieve results in scarring or rejuvenation that wouldn't be possible otherwise. Patients often note that after receiving Advanced Regenerator, their healing seems to "jump forward" — scars thicken with healthy collagen faster, and overall tissue quality (texture, elasticity) improves beyond what baseline would predict. On a cellular level, PDRN activates A2A adenosine receptors, leading to tissue repair cascades, and exosomes deliver micro-RNAs and growth factors that modulate the healing environment to truly rejuvenate tissue. In practice, we've found no adverse events beyond maybe a slight feverish feeling for a day (likely from the flood of growth signals).
