The Anti-Aging IV is a comprehensive longevity and regeneration drip used in RECODEX™ cycles for anti-aging or in patients with high oxidative stress (e.g. smokers, overtrained athletes). It is built around a high-dose NAD⁺ core paired with mitochondrial cofactors, designed to "recharge cells" and slow the molecular trajectory of aging. NAD⁺ levels decline with age — roughly halving by age 50–60 in many tissues — and this decline impairs energy production and the activity of longevity enzymes like sirtuins and PARPs. Restoring NAD levels is thus a key strategy to "recharge" cells.

Full Composition
Central metabolic coenzyme; fuels sirtuins & DNA repair, enhances mitochondrial function, supports cognitive clarity and energy. NAD levels decline with age — restoring them is the bedrock of the "recharge and repair" aspect of RECODEX. Patients often describe a mental clarity or "energy light switch" after NAD therapy.
Infuse slowly over 2–4 hours to avoid flushing, cramping or chest tightness. Monitor vitals; a nurse stays with the patient. Ensure proper kidney function in patients getting high-dose NAD.
Mitochondrial electron transport cofactor. Part of the "Mitochondrial Augmentation" stack that grows and fuels mitochondria. Improves mitochondrial electron transport — reduces fatigue and supports cardiac and muscle function.
Generally very safe IV; monitor for mild hypotension.
