STABILIS™

Chaos Quencher

Day +1 (24–48 hours after laser or surgery); a second dose sometimes given on Day +2 for large treatment areas or heavy scar cases

Purpose & Timing

RE:SKN STABILIS™ is the immediate post-procedure IV infusion (typically given 24–48 hours after laser or surgery) that "writes the wound-healing script" for the injured tissues. Its purpose is to drain residual heat and inflammation, cap cytokine storms, and align collagen fibers in the healing wound, converting the immediate post-trauma chaos into an ordered regenerative process. Patients who receive STABILIS often notice that redness and swelling subside faster, and they even observe an "early brightness" in the skin before re-epithelialization is complete.

Timing

Day +1 (24–48 hours after laser or surgery); a second dose sometimes given on Day +2 for large treatment areas or heavy scar cases

Full Composition

NAD⁺250–500 mg IV

Maintains cellular energy post-trauma — prevents the "metabolic crash" that can occur after intense healing begins. Supports high-demand repair processes (sirtuins, PARPs for DNA repair).

Titrate infusion rate to comfort (NAD can cause flushing if too rapid).

Vitamin C10–20 g IV

Drives collagen cross-linking (cofactor for hydroxylation) and provides antioxidant shield in the wound milieu. Ensures new collagen fibers are strong and orderly.

Same G6PD/renal cautions as PRIME (high dose C considerations).

Glutathione2 g IV push

Restores the redox balance after injury — recharges antioxidants and keeps melanogenesis in check. Mitigates post-laser oxidative stress that could cause PIH.

Asthma caution; push slow (to avoid headache).

Magnesium~400 mg IV

Continues vascular calming — prevents vasospasm and excessive blood flow that contribute to redness. Also aids muscle relaxation for comfort.

Rate-related hypotension if too fast.

Zinc (+ traces)Per lab, e.g. 15 mg IV

Supports enzymatic healing processes (collagen synthesis, immune function) and keeps melanocytes regulated. Zinc is important post-trauma to reduce risk of abnormal pigmentation or infection.

Monitor for copper imbalance over repeated doses.

Taurine~1 g IV

Maintains osmotic balance and cellular hydration, helping to reduce edema (via diuretic effect) and temper ROS.

Very safe; no significant issues.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA)~300 mg IV

Universal antioxidant; recirculates glutathione and dampens NF-κB. Helps glycemic control during recovery (since hyperglycemia can impede healing).

Watch for hypoglycemia in diabetics (ALA can lower blood sugar).

GHK-Cu200–300 mcg IV

Collagen-organizing peptide — signals fibroblasts to lay down parallel, elastic collagen rather than disordered scar tissue. Also has anti-inflammatory effects to ensure "lattice order."

No acute toxicity; used in cosmetics. Blue tint to urine possible (copper).

BPC-157250–500 mcg IV

Angiogenic peptide — accelerates microvascular repair, promotes faster wound closure, and reduces swelling. Essentially "feeds" capillaries so that healing tissue gets blood supply quickly.

Investigational drug — requires informed consent. Minimal side effects observed.

TB-500 (Thymosin β4 fragment)1–2 mg IV

Anti-fibrotic and pro-angiogenic support. TB4 peptide prevents adhesion of fibroblasts that lead to scar contractures and encourages proper cell migration. Particularly useful in scar revision cases or scar-dense fields. Emer: "supports glide planes, reduces fibrotic risk."

Off-label research peptide. Anecdotally can cause fatigue or edema if overused. Avoid if active cancer (promotes cell migration).

Epitalon5 mg IV

Telomerase-modulating peptide — supports genomic stability and cell senescence delay. Included for fragile or older skin to push repair mechanisms (think of it as giving aged cells a youth boost). Also may help regulate circadian aspects of healing.

Experimental; human data limited but no acute adverse events documented.

MOTS-c5–10 mg IV

Mitochondrial peptide — ensures ATP resilience by improving metabolic flexibility during healing. Essentially keeps the cell's "battery" charged in the face of high energy demand for repair. Used in energy-fragile patients.

Investigational; well-tolerated in early studies.

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)100–200 mcg IV

Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide — included to support deep sleep architecture post-procedure. Good sleep is critical for hormone balance and healing. Emer: "converts storm to order" via sleep. DSIP helps patients actually rest despite discomfort.

May cause drowsiness or mild euphoria; instruct patient not to drive if groggy.

Emer Method Role

STABILIS™ is all about "converting the early inflammatory window into ordered reconstruction." In Emer's parlance, it "quenches the chaos and locks the lattice" of collagen. The infusion's peptides like GHK-Cu + BPC-157 work in synergy to reinforce proper collagen alignment and angiogenesis. TB-500 further makes sure any previous scar tendencies are mitigated by improving tissue glide and reducing fibrous adhesions. Epitalon and MOTS-c are selected for patients who might otherwise heal slowly (older age, low energy stores) — in RECODEX terms, they help "ascend" the healing capacity to a more youthful state. STABILIS also quietly continues to suppress chaos (through anti-inflammatory and antioxidant infusion) and preserve pigment stability. Emer believes we prevent random scar tissue and instead form "parallel lattices" of collagen — meaning smoother, more elastic skin outcomes. Essentially, STABILIS IV sets the patient on the optimal recovery trajectory, embodying the Emer Method mantra that trauma plus guidance yields transformation, not just healing.
